I COULD not agree more with the writer of the letter, “Teach secondary students to manage finances” (my paper, April 3).
There are often news reports about corporate fraud and corruption.
While greed is one of the main reasons behind such crimes, another is a failure in managing personal finances.
Teaching young people to exert control over their finances would help students strengthen their character and sense of responsibility.
