NOT ALL ARE SO LUCKY: A street urchin scavenging for used bottles and cans as about 500 Cambodian school children took to the streets of the capital Phnom Penh yesterday to mark World Against Child Labour Day, calling for parents to send their kids to school rather than forcing them to work. The demonstration was organised by the International Labour Organisation with the Cambodian government. The World Bank said that last year some 1.5 million Cambodians under the age of 14 were forced to work, often in hazardous conditions.
